Recently we have taken some soil samples of various locations throughout the golf course. The sample results came back and the results told us that our soil PH was too low. In most of the samples collected the PH came back between 6-7, but some of the samples came back with a PH lower than 6. PH is measured from 0-14, with 7 being neutral(ideal soil PH). In order to correct the lower PH we will have to apply Lime at the soil results recommended rate. If the soil results would have came back with a PH higher than 7, then we would have had to apply Sulfur to correct the soil PH.
